The Ford Mustang was introduced in April 1964 at the New York World's Fair. Ford wanted to sell 100,000 Mustangs in the first year but reached this figure already 3 months after its launch. It was the start for a great success story. Buyers could choose between three different body styles: Coupé, Fastback and Convertible. Production of the first Mustang ("Mustang I") lasted until 1973, but with four major changes in styling ("Version 1-4") during that period.

This Mustang Coupé is an early Mustang of the period 1964-1966 with the clean und unspoilt styling of the first version. This light blue Coupé features a great colour combination with contrasting red roof and beautiful red leather interior. It is in fantastic original condition and even still wears the original stickers under the bonnet.
