The 2002 is one of BMW's most famous cars. With the 1500 "New Class", designed by Italian Michelotti, BMW gained its reputation for compact sports sedans and the 2002 is the ultimate incarnation of this model range.

The BMW "New Class" was produced from 1962 to 1976, the 2002 from 1968 to 1976, when it was replaced by the first 3 Series.

This 2002 is from 1974. It has been converted to turbo look and is great fun to drive.
